The best part of lazy Sunday is to enjoy the amazing spread part of brunch. With the current situation slowly getting back to normal, there is a lot of apprehension in the mind. The best thing would be to take the food to the customers. This sure does sound challenging as the Sunday Brunch as plenty of items that are served. But the team at the Courtyard has got it all sorted and have packaged everything to perfection. The package is delivered with utmost precaution at doorsteps. I recently got an opportunity to experience the same when the Veg Sunday Brunch that was delivered home.
This is the most important aspect of the delivered that makes an impression. The team has come up with amazing packaging in White Boxes that makes it look neat and clean.
The entire set of items are sent in cardboard bad with details of temperature check for delivery person & kitchen staff mentioned.
Dishes belonging to one cuisine are nicely packaged into a container that has separate compartments.
Special containers made out of biodegradable materials are used for packaging. “Eat for cause” is specially mentioned in packaging indicating that some part of earning will go for NGO the Courtyard Hebbal supports.
The spread is very much like what one would experience dining in at the restaurant.
We love to have the Kebab in the dedicated Kebab counters in the restaurant during Sunday Brunches. To make it special, the team has neatly put up the best of kebabs into a container.
My favorite was the Soft Hara Bhara Kebab and Aloo Tikki. They were so irresistible that I just finished couple of them in no time. Other Kebabs were also equally tasty and every bite of it can be relished.
Sunday brunch home-delivery is meant for 2 and is available both Veg & Non-Veg.
Greek Salad, Sliced Onions, Raita
We all love to have salads before having the main course. The salad usually helps as a good lubricant and it gives us fiber. We love to take them along with the meal. A nice salad is sent along to enjoy along with the meals.
Sunday brunch usually has dishes from different cuisines that serve to the customers. Chinese is definitely one of the favorite for everyone as we love to binge on Noodles & Manchurian. A perfect selection of dishes is served, with a large portion size, in the container.
Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Fry, Veg Biryani
A favorite main-course for any Vegetarian is the Paneer Butter Masala. The tomato & cream gravy was just amazing and finger-licking.
Biryani is another dish that one usually finds it hard to make at home. We always rely on experienced chefs in restaurant to make some. And we definitely enjoy it during our Sunday brunch.
Chocolate Tart, Gulab Jamoon
We all love to have a combination of Indian & Western Desserts during our meal. Instead of serving multiple desserts, they sent a selection of the best two.
I especially loved the soft & large Jamoon piece the most as it also had dry-fruit pieces on it. The chocolate tart is equally tasty and can be enjoyed long after having a meal.
It was a good experience to try the Sunday Brunch delivered home. The portion size of the dishes served was just perfect and it can easily serve a family of 3-4, including kids. I loved the perfect selection of dishes that any family constantly love to savor as part of brunch. The only thing I missed was having some drinks along with the meal. But other than that I felt like almost dining in at the restaurant.
