Speaking on the occasion, Harleen Mehta, Vice President Sales Operations, Hyatt South Asia said, “The Hyatt Culinary Challenge is an endeavour to bring together people to celebrate their passion for food and make a difference to the community while doing so. We are delighted with the overwhelming response from the participants both offline and online, and look forward to doing more such events over the years.”
Apart from the event, there some wonderful spread of food and live-counters for guests to enjoy post event. Among the live counters there were – Pizza, Pasta and Biryani.
Biryani was another item which was made by chef, which meant that we can ask Chef to add as much spice as needed.
Other items in the spread included multiple deserts, salads and soups. It was good fun to taste good food after the event.
The drinks options were limited to Wine (Red & White) and mocktails. But yes, you could also ask for a beer if needed. It was a pleasant dining experience.
